I am working with a nationwide specialty contractor who focuses on concrete repair and structural strengthening for clients throughout the US.
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to run the Southern California region. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to drive growth, deliver value through collaboration, and lead with purpose. The ideal Sales Manager will have experience in strategic leadership and who knows how to build business from scratch, a closer, and someone who creates opportunity where others don't.
Tasks: Client and pursue new opportunities to close deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow the company's regional footprint. Lead every phase of the sales process-from pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close. Shape and execute the vision for sales in Southern California, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share. Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions. Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it matters-client sites, boardrooms, and industry events. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious targets, and expand the company's market reach, fast. Qualifications: 10-15+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services. Deep roots in the Southern California market - you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them. proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals. Strong leadership and strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales. Willingness to travel ~70% across the Southern California region. Incentives: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives. Salary Range: $160,000 - 175,000 (commensurate upon experience)
