What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to Senior Sales Directors and the Sales team
- Schedule meetings and coordinate various sales-related activities
- Track deliverables for key projects and follow up on outstanding items
- Evaluate current processes and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage Salesforce Pipelines and summarize key sales activity for leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of B2B Sales experience or Sales support experience
- Strong ability to build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Excellent data management skills, particularly in Excel and Salesforce
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to improve administrative systems
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proven track record of managing and organizing sales calendars and reports
- Ability to conduct ad-hoc research relevant to sales activities
