We are looking for a Senior Sales Process Manager to lead critical workstreams that drive performance, efficiency, and scalability across our global Sales Organization.
Responsibilities Own Sales Operations team’s internal work management: track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects; ensure regular, structured status updates and executive visibility.
Build and maintain project plans that align with Sales leadership goals and business priorities, ensuring all work is resourced and progressing against agreed timelines.
Serve as the Sales Operations lead in Salesforce and sales process change discussions—translate business requirements into operational impact, surface technical dependencies, and support scoping and prioritization.
Partner closely with Sales Enablement to ensure timely and effective rollout of new processes, tools, and changes with clearly defined handoffs, communications, and change management plans.
Lead quarterly Sales Operations team reviews to present team progress, communicate effectiveness and impact to Field Sales, and ensure alignment on evolving needs.
Manage Salesforce data governance and operational workflow changes—ensure system updates are aligned with end-to-end processes and that technical and business stakeholders are enabled through appropriate change management practices.
Help the team say “yes” to the right things—ensure feasibility and resource planning are in place before work is accepted and tactfully manage scope creep or unvetted asks.
Drive planning cycles such as capacity planning and work allocation.
Design and maintain high quality reporting dashboards and operational metrics that enable visibility into sales performance and program impact.
Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a global B2B software company.
Proven experience in Salesforce workstream oversight, process governance, and internal project management (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
Deep understanding of project lifecycle and change management, with the ability to translate complex changes into scalable operational plans and team-wide execution.
Demonstrated ability to partner with Enablement or Training teams to ensure rollout and adoption of systems/process changes.
Technically fluent – able to attend meetings with business stakeholders, gather and interpret high level technical requirements and clearly communicate them back to Salesforce developers or other technical teams.
Understand data and process architecture to identify downstream or roadmap implications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident in pushing back diplomatically and helping teams prioritize effectively.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate project progress, roadblocks, and business impact to senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud required), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
