As the Senior Sales Productivity Manager , you will be a key individual contributor driving strategic projects that enhance seller productivity and optimize the systems and processes supporting the go-to-market organization. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of tool-driven initiatives that reduce friction in the sales process, accelerate adoption of key technologies, and enable scalable processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Productivity, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Enablement, Sales Ops, IT, and Marketing to deliver solutions that align with strategic sales motions and drive measurable business impacts.
You Will: Lead execution and continuous improvement of productivity systems, including CRM, enablement platforms, AI-driven tools, and methodology tech.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement tool strategies that align with sales process priorities and improve seller efficiency.
Analyze adoption data, usage trends, and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
Design and operationalize enablement experiences within systems, including onboarding workflows, contextual guidance, and integrated playbooks.
Serve as the systems expert for GTM stakeholders, offering frontline support, advanced troubleshooting, and feedback-based iteration. You Have: 5+ years in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or other sales productivity roles within a SaaS environment
Proven success in deploying and scaling programs that drive adoption of systems, tools, and processes
Deep understanding of Salesforce, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, sales readiness, content management, and data intelligence platforms
Experience using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to perform analytics and guide strategy
Strong cross-functional communication skills with a history of successful collaboration across RevOps, Sales, and IT
