Senior Sales Representative – MedTech Startup (1099 Role)

We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join a fast-growing healthtech startup that’s transforming surgical care with AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals across high-value healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and close new business with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Oral Surgeons, private practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to clinical and administrative stakeholders
Collaborate closely with product and clinical teams to ensure customer success and shape the go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of healthcare, medical device, or healthtech sales experience
Proven success meeting and exceeding quotas
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Technology sales experience preferred
Existing relationships in ASCs, Oral Surgery, or specialty practices preferred
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Perks:
1099 role with $70–80K base + commission (target $150K+ fully uncapped potential)
