Position Summary : This role focuses on connecting with clinicians and economic buyers in the SF Bay Area, managing relationships with emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, interventionalists, nurses, and paramedics. The position involves promoting Teleflex’s emergency medicine products, including the Arrow EZ-IO System and QuikClot devices, from initial lead outreach to order fulfillment. It requires strong initiative, self-direction, and excellent influence and persuasion skills.

Principal Responsibilities :

Prospect and develop new business opportunities, grow market share, and increase utilization among existing accounts.

Exceed sales quota and achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships and develop key opinion leaders.

Navigate the value-added customer process and introduce disruptive technology to market share.

Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, influence cross-functional teams, and maintain clinical/technical knowledge.

Provide customer training and understand competitive strategies.

Utilize Salesforce and other tools for account management and forecasting.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant medical device sales experience with a successful track record.

At least four years of prior medical device sales experience, preferably in emergency medicine or trauma.

Ability to carry equipment and stand/walk for extended hours.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license.

Self-directed, team-oriented, resilient, with strong emotional intelligence.

Compensation & Benefits : The starting salary range is $95,000-$195,000 (including commissions), with additional benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and disability leave. Compensation varies based on experience, location, and performance.
