Position: Senior Sales Representative

Location: 100% Remote, US based

Our client is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead and grow partnerships with marketing, advertising, and commercial creative agencies for their entertainment industry research platform. The ideal candidate will be an experienced relationship builder with deep industry expertise and a passion for creativity, skilled at identifying high-value opportunities and navigating complex, consultative sales cycles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business acquisition by strategically targeting marketing, advertising, and commercial agencies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, including discovery, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition and customize solutions to align with each agency’s unique creative workflows.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key agency decision-makers, including Creative Directors, Executive Producers, and Strategy Leads.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide actionable insights and inform the evolution of the go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM data integrity within HubSpot.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, creative conferences, and agency meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Stay well-informed on trends in visual storytelling, advertising production, and agency business models to engage effectively with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or agency development, with a strong preference for experience in the creative, media, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with creative or production agencies.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the creative development process in advertising or commercial production.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (Creative Directors, Heads of Production, CMOs).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
    • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered

Salary: $70,000 annually, plus commission
