The Lead S&M Business Operations Specialist assists the Sales & Marketing Business Operation Team by producing financial and statistical reports and tracking information for the assigned Distribution Center(s). Works with the Business Operations Team to process month end deliverables and incentive, performance and expense tracking.  Assists in data entry, account reconciliation, and Invoice coding/submission for responsible sites. Lead responsibilities will also include training and validation of the task related to the S&M Business Operations Specialist. Essential Job Functions: Heavily utilize Excel and other proprietary systems for data entry, tracking and reporting. Calculate bonus and compensation accruals according to published monthly guidelines/targets for payout. Validate and calculate compensation adjustments, STIs, and Spiff Payments Update and generate financial reporting for review. Maintain, review and distribute reporting on performance management, incentive tracking and tour allotments. Setup all new vendors with AP. Add GL code all invoices received based off company policy, submit for approval, and submit for payment. Create and maintain new vendors and premium in Clarity, Chorus, and Concierge. Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing. Train team members on task pertaining to team responsibilities. Validate tasked are completed correctly for the S&M Business Operations Specialist(s) Required Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent 1+ yr Accounting or Finance experience Ability to effectively communicate Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Strong analytical ability is necessary Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: 2 +  yrs Accounting or Finance Experience Vacation Ownership experience Experience with Voice, PeopleSoft, Cognos and Hyperion HGV was awarded four out of five stars for fostering a culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, and is one of Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families."
