Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE OTE: $140,000-$160,000

We’re hiring a Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you’ll sell strategic partnerships to enterprise clients and play a pivotal role in shaping their go-to-market, demand, and pipeline strategies.
What You’ll Do Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extremely well-versed product, industry, and community knowledge within the verticals we serve Pipeline Growth and Qualification: Consistently identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of potential customers that can drive new business, and grow current business Own The Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise-level demand generation packages – custom reports, webinars, content syndication and more. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing digital solutions. Focus on Growth : Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells that expand client investment year over year, achieving and exceeding individual revenue targets and KPI’s Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from digital marketing campaigns and sales activities. Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to select topics, develop compelling content, optimize the sales funnel, refine strategies, and coordinate promotional efforts. Attend Events: Represent WBR Insights at key industry events, strengthening client relationships, and building new ones.
What We’re Looking For 5-7 years of success in sponsorship, digital media, or B2B demand generation sales. Experience in pitching to CMOs, Marketing Directors, or Heads of Demand Generation, Product Marketing Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms. Experience in both inside and face-to-face sales Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas . Experience selling integrated, content-driven campaigns. Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level buyers.
