We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Textile and Seamless Garments Senir Sales to drive the growth of our knitted fabric (polyester, polyester/spandex, nylon/spandex, etc.) and seamless garments business. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, including managing key client accounts and expanding into untapped markets.

Responsibilities • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with large retail and brand companies clients, ensuring consistent performance and growth • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts while also targeting prospective retailers and brand companies not currently serviced. Schedule and conduct regular in-person or virtual meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and introduce new offerings. • Sales Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report weekly sales performance to inform strategic decision-making • Product Expertise: Develop deep understanding of our fabric types, production capabilities, and seamless garment technologies. Serve as the go-to expert for both internal teams and clients. • Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and inform sales strategy（

Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience in the textile industry, with a preference for knitting fabric and seamless garments expertise. • Strong network and established relationships with buyers at big retail and brand companies. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities, coupled with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Hybrid Work Schedule 3 days a week on site/ 2days remote
