Treasury Management Sales Officer III

The Treasury Management Sales Officer III is responsible for increasing the bank's profitability by expanding the use of Treasury Management services among Comerica's business customers and prospects. Position competencies include a strong customer focus, quality decision-making, a drive for results, good listening skills, strong negotiation, organizational agility, solid presentation skills, and effective time management. Position responsibilities include using a professional, consultative selling approach to expand the use of Treasury Management services among Comerica's business customers and prospects. The incumbent also develops strong relationships with existing customers and lending officers to retain and develop new business. They prospect for new relationships "leading with Treasury" for the bank within an assigned territory or business segment and plans, organizes, manages, and sells Treasury Management services within an assigned territory to a diverse set of customers and prospects.

Position qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or six years of financial services experience, six years of experience selling financial services, three years of experience with Treasury Management products in either a sales or customer service environment, and three years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Certified Treasury Professional Accreditation is recommended.
