With a proven product and loyal customers, our client is looking for a sales leader to build and execute global go-to-market strategy and lead a high-performing team. We are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader who can architect, operationalize, and drive global sales strategy while building a world-class revenue organization. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced executive to shape the company's trajectory, working hand-in-hand with the CEO and executive team to deliver predictable, repeatable growth.
Key Responsibilities Own global sales operations: planning, forecasting, and pipeline discipline Build scalable processes, systems, and outbound frameworks for predictable growth Align closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance Lead, mentor, and inspire global quota-carrying teams to exceed revenue targets Drive upsell, cross-sell, and enterprise expansion opportunities Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and strategic partnerships Provide board-level visibility through data-driven reporting and insights
Requirements 10+ years B2B enterprise sales, 5+ in senior leadership (SaaS/Fintech/AI ideal) Track record of closing $500K$10M+ complex SaaS deals and scaling teams globally Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ACV, ARR, sales velocity, pipeline conversion) Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with executive presence CRM expertise (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and fluency in sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger) Bonus: experience with generative AI and prompt engineering for productivity
