About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Sales to lead the scaling of its enterprise motion, with a focus on high-value ACVs. The successful candidate will be responsible for full GTM leadership, including new logo acquisition, expansion, and partner/channel planning. This role demands a front-line leader who can quickly grow to a second-line position, and who is adept at segment strategy, territory design, and refining enterprise playbooks. The SVP of Sales will also be tasked with building a consistent pipeline engine and driving operating rigor, while partnering closely with the executive team on the hiring plan and growth targets.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of scaling enterprise cybersecurity sales, with experience in closing complex, multi-stakeholder platform deals. They should be adept at hiring, coaching, and retaining top-performing sales talent, and be capable of building a prospecting-first culture. Strong executive presence with security leadership and clear value storytelling is essential, as is fluency in enterprise sales methodologies and value engineering.
