Title: Service Sales Manager

Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission

About the Job:

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit a Service Sales Manager for a well-established, family-owned mechanical contractor based in Fort Myers, FL. The company specializes in commercial HVAC installation and service and is known for its client relationships, team-oriented culture, and commitment to integrity.

This is a high autonomy outside sales role focused on growing the service division by building relationships and selling maintenance/service agreements to property managers, building owners, and real estate firms. The ideal candidate is experienced in HVAC, driven by relationships over hard selling, and excited about the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the division expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to grow the service division

Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners, property managers, and real estate companies

Prospect new business, build a strong pipeline, and maintain updated records in Service Fusion

Promote service contracts on newly completed construction projects as warranties expire

Collaborate with the service manager and technicians to ensure smooth project delivery

Attend occasional internal or customer-facing events

Represent company values of integrity, teamwork, and respec t

Required Skills:

HVAC industry knowledge

Experience in outside sales, business development, or service sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and resilient in a competitive market

Comfortable using CRM systems (Service Fusion a plus)

Able to travel within a 100-mile radius of Fort Myers for customer meetings
