Your Role:
* Prospect and develop new business for planned maintenance agreements and service offerings related to generators and power systems * Build and nurture relationships with commercial and industrial clients * Drive brand awareness and follow up on active opportunities in the power generation market * Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, present solutions, create quotes, and close deals * Maintain accurate records of activity, quotes, and customer interactions in CRM software * Provide weekly sales activity reports and customer updates
What We're Looking For:
* A competitive, self-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Clean driving record
Preferred Experience:
* 1+ year of outside sales experience (Required) * Experience in emergency power generation , HVAC, or related industries is a plus—but not required; we'll train the right person * Proven track record of new business development and closing sales
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent required * Vo-Tech or college education is a plus
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds * Willingness to travel as required for customer visits
