Responsibilities :
As the face of the company, welcoming designers in a friendly and knowledgeable way
Gain an expert understanding of our brand, products, and history to provide a knowledgeable tour of the showroom and the company’s offerings. Discuss product lines, using samples and collateral
Support interior designers in the selection and specification of fabrics and lighting
Assisting with samples, shipping, quote and order fulfillment
Work with sales leadership to identify and grow new designer opportunities
Accountable for prospecting and lead generation and booking in person appointments
Daily reporting of sales activity to align with strategic planning initiatives
Keeping the showroom organized, beautiful and inspiring
Coordinating and assisting with showroom and industry events
Qualifications :
Previous experience in interior design, sales, luxury goods
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe Suite. CRM experience a plus.
Ability to represent the company in client discussions with professionalism and intelligence
Passionate about the arts and design
Patient and devoted to learning products and new systems
