What Youll Do Meet walk-in customers and guide them to a decision today, not someday. Run a structured 5-step sales process (well train you, but you need the drive). Sell hot tubs ($13K$15K average) and swim spas ($25K$45K). Follow up with leads by text, phone, and email until the sale is closed. Perform retail duties to keep the store showtime-ready: Ring up pool & spa chemical sales Assist with water testing and recommendations Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for tours

What Youll Earn $20/hour base pay (40 hrs/week) 25% commission on sales Example: $15,000 hot tub = $300$750 commission Example: $35,000 swim spa = $700$1,750 commission
