We are seeking a licensed agent who has successfully closed at least 5 transactions in the past year and is prepared to elevate their business and career. Compensation:
$120,000 - $300,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Consult with buyer and seller clients to identify their housing needs and successfully close transactions.
Consistently follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Utilize local knowledge to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction, foster trust, and increase sales volume.
Actively prospect for new leads to drive business growth.
Proactively generate and nurture client relationships: Engage in consistent outreach and networking to maintain a pipeline of buyers and sellers.
Deliver exceptional client service: Educate clients on the buying and selling process and advocate for their interests to ensure a smooth experience.
Collaborate with team members: Participate in meetings, trainings, and coaching, while supporting fellow agents in achieving team goals.
Stay accountable and committed to growth: Meet or exceed performance expectations and continuously work on skill development.
Engage in community outreach: Represent the team at local events and strengthen connections within the community.
Qualifications:
A successful sales history is preferred.
Self-motivated, driven, and eager for professional development.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
Exceptional time management skills and high organization.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
A minimum of 5 closed transactions in the last 12 months.
Must possess a valid CA Real Estate License.
