Title: SMB Sales D1 – Reusable Packaging Ambassador / SDR

Location: Half Moon Bay, CA (within 1-hour drive of San Francisco)

Type: Part-time (10–20 hours/week)

Duration: ~6 months Rate : $35/hr on W2 Key Responsibilities Restaurant Partner Recruitment & Support Pitch reusable packaging pilot to restaurants and sign them onto the program. Provide onboarding support: demonstrate sample inventory, train on packaging portal. Assist with in-app and on-site marketing & signage.

Community & Consumer Engagement Distribute handouts and marketing material to raise awareness. Engage with local consumers and community groups (e.g., farmers markets, beach cleanups).

Program Monitoring & Logistics Monitor return bins: check signage, placement, and proper usage. Provide feedback/recommendations for bin modifications. From January onward: drive weekly routes to collect containers from participating consumers.

Requirements Located within driving distance of Half Moon Bay. Availability: 10–20 hours per week for ~6 months. 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or marketing. Experience with pilots, community engagement, or grassroots campaigns. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging restaurant owners and local consumers. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20+ lbs. Preferred: Familiarity with circular economies and sustainability initiatives. Ideal Candidate Dynamic, people-oriented personality.
