Job Summary:
Were looking for a high-energy Solar Sales Closer who thrives on closing deals and making an impact. This role is for a proven closer who can confidently walk a homeowner through the solar process, handle objections, and seal the deal.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads
- Present customized solar solutions to homeowners based on their energy needs
- Handle objections with confidence and guide the homeowner through the full sales process
- Close deals and manage documentation with precision and professionalism
- Work closely with sales team and appointment setters to maximize conversion rates
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends
- Represent the company brand with integrity and a consultative approach
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales (solar sales or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Strong closing skills must be confident, persuasive, and coachable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Must be able to work full-time (40+ hours/week)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (for in-home sales)
- Basic tech proficiency (Zoom, CRM systems, e-signature platforms)
