Drive Sales – Consistently meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals. Deliver Excellence – Provide 5-star customer service to every client and create lasting connections. Educate Clients – Communicate promotions, service options, and membership benefits clearly and confidently. Be the Hub of the Spa – Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain spa cleanliness standards. Team Player – Support your fellow associates, service providers, and spa leadership to create a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Outgoing, confident, and motivated by meeting goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Flexible availability (evenings and weekends may be required) Why Join Our Team
