You'll be the strategic architect behind our sales incentive programs, managing key compensation processes and frameworks that drive performance, inspire our sales professionals, and directly contribute to the Ads growth strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales compensation program administration, including quota distribution and compensation payout processes
- Develop comprehensive documentation and establish clear, robust milestone tracking
- Collaborate across Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, BI and Payroll to ensure seamless execution
- Investigate and resolve quota and compensation payout inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Continuously optimize quota and payout processes through strategic improvements and innovative automation solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales incentive compensation programs and processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
