Job Summary We are excited to invite talented individuals to apply for the position of Specialty Services Sales and Support Specialist. This hybrid role involves a combination of sales and customer service, enhanced by streamlined leads from marketing initiatives, fellow Service Professionals, and our Sales Appointment Setter program. The role adapts to the workload, with a primary focus on closing sales to generate revenue. You will have the opportunity to sell specialty services, including treatments for German cockroaches, bed bugs, termites, rodents, and insulation services, alongside our traditional pest control offerings. You will be well-versed in the biology and behaviors of various pests, able to identify specialty infestations, and capable of adding value throughout the sales process. Exemplary customer service and professionalism are essential, as is the ability to follow a structured daily schedule of services. Position Details: Full-time position $500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates Responsibilities: Meet KPIs related to lead appointments, close rates, sales quotas, and customer experience. Respond promptly to leads, follow up effectively, and process sales through various technology-enabled platforms. Inspect and treat pest infestations for residential and commercial customers using high-quality, environmentally-responsible products. Navigate various structures safely, including crawl spaces, and utilize ladders as necessary. Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest challenges. Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products accurately based on measurements. Document work activities and complete paperwork following services. Manage residential pest control routes with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and job-related items effectively. Utilize integrated pest management strategies to resolve customer concerns. Follow up on completed sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience & Other Requirements: Pass required background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record. Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Pest control experience preferred. Comfortable working around various pests. Physical labor experience in outdoor conditions. Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
