The Account Manager must be relationship focused, experienced in closing, detail-oriented and strategic. The Account Manager will be responsible for account strategy, planning and renewals, managing the client lifecycle by developing strong relationships and delivering client value and exceeding sales goals. Requirements : 3+ years of account management (quota-carrying) experience with a focus on retention, renewal and expansion. Experience calling on C-Level executives with an interest in the IT or Security areas Experience selling or managing accounts within Market Research, Consulting or Advisory Services is a nice to have Location : Hybrid role, reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 15-30% to events and to clients Base Comp : $80,000 - $85,000 Total Comp : $145,000 - $150,000
