Overview As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst Contract Compliance serves as United Rentals' first line of defense in contractual compliance audits initiated by customers or third-party audit firms for customer and national account pricing contracts. This role manages the full audit engagement cycle from initial data gathering and contractual review, through internal audit analysis and dispute preparation, to coordinating with internal and external stakeholders with the goal of minimizing unwarranted financial claims and protecting company revenue.
