What youll do Support Sales/Marketing in new technologies, projects, and products through a deep understanding of product, market, technology, and customer needs. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, KAM, and Business Development to steer activities. Support identifying future market trends, developments, and product/service expectations, translating them into business growth opportunities. Analyze and build different future scenarios to create new business paths, including timing and investment planning. Develop and support strategy maps and customer roadmaps, steering profitable growth globally, regionally, and locally. Execute and customize strategies for product and technology positioning, defining training and promotional needs with Marketing. Explore and support acquisition and divestment projects. Build relevant customer and market relationships, attending and supporting relevant events, exhibitions, and trade fairs. Coordinate processes and departments cross-functionally, initiating and supporting innovation projects. Develop and implement business analysis tools, providing market and competitive intelligence. Gather product, technology, application, and business model needs and communicate these to relevant key interfaces. Ensure that BDMs, Sales, and KAM have the right business, market, and customer insights to prioritize activities accordingly.
