We are looking for someone with expertise in the insurance domain, who can focus on the Caribbean market and bring in new prospects or add logos from the Caribbean region. Candidate should be from a sales and insurance domain background, with experience in selling insurance products (like LMS, banking applications, etc.). Seeking candidates from the Caribbean region or willing to relocate from India (the company will sponsor Visa if needed and travel expenses). Compensation: For candidates from the Caribbean: USD 80,000 - 90,000 per annum.
For candidates from India: can be discussed.
Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new logo clients in the insurance industry. Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire portfolio of offerings, with a major focus on software services and staffing. Build relationships with key executives and decision-makers within assigned accounts. Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items. Design efficient sales strategies to maximize client/prospect outreach through various methodologies and techniques. Conduct and participate in trade exhibitions, webinars, presentations, and client engagement programs to hunt and attract the right set of clients. Maintain Salesforce CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information. All About You: Successful track record of selling software services and professional services to clients. Understanding of the insurance vertical and industry trends. Experience building relationships, networking, and influencing CXOs and senior business decision-makers. An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations. Outstanding written and oral communication skills; able to adapt communication style to multiple stakeholders and cultures. Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills. Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience managing complex clients and sales cycles.
