Already in the eight digits sales figure, the company has consistently achieved a growth rate of 30-40% annually. Their products are distributed through a DTC website, Amazon, and a network of high-end beauty salons, spas and resorts.
Objective of the Role

The Sr. Director of Professional Sales will spearhead the growth and development of the Spa and Resorts channels. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and ensure the company's products are prominently featured and utilized in top-tier spas and resorts.
Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the professional beauty and spa industry, with a proven track record in sales management, strategic planning, and team leadership. They will possess a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes, coupled with strong analytical skills. A customer-centric mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to inspire and mentor a sales team are essential. A BA in Business or Finance is required, and an MBA is preferred.
