About the Team The Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI) team is responsible for identifying and preventing abuse to protect customers and brand owners worldwide. Our team develops policies, tools, and technologies to prevent unfair business practices and maintain a trustworthy marketplace. We seek an experienced product leader to manage high-impact projects focused on preventing abuse, measuring and investigating abuse, and streamlining enforcement mechanisms. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of Amazon's catalog and ensuring a level playing field for all selling partners. Key Responsibilities Define the multi-year vision and build product roadmaps. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to develop requirements. Manage prioritization, trade-offs, and stakeholder communication. Create and track program metrics to ensure objectives are met. Basic Qualifications Master's Degree. Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps. Experience with feature delivery, technology decisions, and managing online services. Preferred Qualifications Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.Experience in building and adopting new tools.
