About the role: We strive to improve lives by connecting people and information through the physical world. We work with premier media agencies, holding companies, and operators to amplify traditional media through existing digital technologies like omnichannel geofencing and retargeting.
We're looking for a Sr. Sales Executive, Team Lead to drive individual sales performance while also stepping into a leadership role within the Media team. This is a quota-carrying position for a proven seller who's eager to grow their influence, coach others, and prepare for a formal management role in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in integrating traditional media with mobile geofencing, digital amplification, and mobile retargeting to deliver impactful, cross-channel ad campaigns.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Media Agencies, holding companies, and Out-of-Home (OOH) operators, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on goals.
- Serve as a go-to resource for peer support, including pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and objection handling.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to identify messaging gaps, campaign needs, or operational improvements.
- Help onboard and ramp new team members by sharing best practices, reviewing talk tracks, and reinforcing team culture.
- Own and exceed a personal sales quota by building and closing a pipeline of OOH-focused digital advertising opportunities.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate sales forecasting and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Preferably located in or around New York / Tri-State area.
- 3+ years of proven success in media sales, planning, or vendor-side roles, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the media agency ecosystem, including how omnichannel targeting enhances advertising campaigns.
- Natural mentor and collaborator who balances individual hustle with team success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling across phone, email, Slack, and in-person interactions.
- High standards for sales excellence, with a focus on forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually
Commission Eligible: This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
