Location: Remote – North America
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to own business development and revenue growth across the United States and Canada cable TV markets. This full-cycle sales role will accelerate deal velocity, secure high-value contracts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 MSOs, and drive cross-sell of our product portfolio. You will report to the VP of North America Sales and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and product management teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and close.
- Develop and execute a territory plan targeting major MSOs, system integrators, and multi-dwelling unit operators.
- Leverage existing relationships to accelerate penetration of fiber-deep, DOCSIS 3.1/4.0, and hybrid access projects.
- Coordinate with applications engineering for technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept trials.
- Track and forecast pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate quarterly and annual revenue projections.
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and long-term supply contracts in line with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns, events, and RFP responses that align with regional customer needs.
- Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices across the North America sales team.

- Working with distribution and channel partners to secure and grow business
- Develop unique and customer specific technologies that facilitate long term strategic customer relationships
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in the cable TV, HFC, or telecommunications equipment market.
- Proven track record of exceeding $10 million in annual bookings.
- Deep relationships with decision-makers at Tier 2 MSOs across the US and Canada.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions (e.g., amplifiers, node splits, network management tools, powering).
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L understanding and negotiation of multi-year agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling executive-level presentations.
- Willingness to travel across North America.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with DOCSIS 3.1/4.0/5.0, distributed access architectures, and fiber-deep deployment strategies.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and coordinating global product launches.
- CRM expertise (Salesforce or comparable platforms)
Collaborate closely with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to align operational initiatives with business objectives. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive cohesive efforts towards operational excellence.
