We are seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to lead the design and execution of MSAs Sales Planning engine, with a dedicated focus on our rapidly evolving SMB motion. As a key member of the Sales Planning Center of Excellence (CoE), you will architect scalable, data-driven workflows that optimize quota methodologies, segmentation models, and coverage designs. You will translate complex planning requirements into repeatable processes that drive clarity, accountability, and business growth.
