As the Sr Trade Sales Specialist , you will Identify revenue opportunities and utilize TS data to find cross sell opportunities (ex. – client with lockbox and no image, cash but no card, .
Primary responsibilities include
Track new loan activities to verify TSS is engaged.
Review TSS Dashboard and loser/gainer reports to identify potential loss of business.
Assist in managing realized revenue reports for cash, card and trade to identify: billing issues, revenue not ramping up as expected, etc.
Gather pipeline updates for fee flow meetings/Sr. Management weekly reporting.
Responsible for client calling preparation Utilize social media/resources (.; LinkedIn, OneSource, Hoovers) to identify industry/market news and trends.
Maintain/manage client facing materials building a pitch database.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Proven ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis, including cross-sell strategies (., lockbox without image, cash without card).
Experience tracking loan activity to ensure timely engagement of Trade Sales Specialists.
Skilled in leveraging dashboards and loser/gainer reports to proactively detect potential business losses.
Strong analytical capabilities in managing realized revenue reports across cash, card, and trade products to uncover billing discrepancies and performance gaps.
Proficient in gathering and synthesizing pipeline updates for senior management reporting and fee flow meetings.
Adept at client call preparation using social media and market intelligence tools (., LinkedIn, OneSource, Hoovers) to identify industry trends and client-specific insights.
Capable of maintaining and organizing client-facing materials, including building and managing a pitch database to support sales efforts.
