As a Structured Settlement Annuity Sr. Internal Sales Associate, youll play a key role in Pacific Lifes growth and long-term success by developing relationships with consultants, working with external wholesalers to drive sales, and quoting structured settlement annuities and attorney fee products . You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 12 sales professionals in the Consumer Markets Division. Your colleagues will include fellow external and internal sales associates as well as project management professionals.
Hiring for multiple levels within this position.
This role is hybrid with in-office presence options of Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
How youll help move us forward: Provide competitive quotes for structured settlement annuities and attorney fee products.
Develop relationships with consultants and work with external wholesalers to drive sales.
Review cases for acceptability under tax codes and compliance with Pacific Life guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls and electronic communication.
Opportunity for travel to attend firm and industry meetings.
Preference for candidate able to work 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern.
The experience you bring: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field and five years experience working for an insurance company or in the Structured Settlements industry involved with marketing, quoting, and relationship management.
General insurance knowledge, preferably with tax and legal competency as it relates to structured settlement governing laws.
Strong relationship-building, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Professional with strong attention to detail and communication skills that works well independently and as part of a team.
You take initiative and approach challenges with resourcefulness, thriving in complex or evolving situations.
What makes you stand out: Life licensed in resident state. If candidate does not have an active life license, they will be required to complete requirements within six months of hire.
Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation.
Someone who is positive, personable, with a growth mindset.
A passion for personal and team growth, with a strong interest in learning and an eagerness to share knowledge both internally and externally through teaching, presenting, and/or training.

R eferral bonus for internal employees for this role is $1,000.
$78,840 - $96,360 Additional incentive pay is available to most employees, subject to eligibility.
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the companys good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
