Staffing Sales & Business Development Manager - 2 Positions (ON-SITE)

We are seeking two high-energy Sales & Business Development Managers with deep experience in light industrial staffing . Youll be the face of our division in West Palm Beachresponsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue and client satisfaction
Research and identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
Schedule and lead meetings with potential customers
Promote Naztecs staffing services tailored to client needs
Negotiate, prepare, and close staffing contracts
Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and revenue
Deliver after-sales support and client retention services
Coach and mentor entry-level sales team members
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Minimum 7+ years of experience in light industrial staffing
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
Experience in customer/client support
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
Proficient with CRM tools and reporting
COMPENSATION
Sales Commission 10 % of Gross Profit (after expenses & burden)
