Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients, fostering trust and open communication to understand their insurance needs.

Sales Initiatives: Implement effective sales strategies to drive agency growth and attract new clients.

Policy Recommendations: Advise clients on appropriate coverage options, tailoring policies to fit their unique requirements.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, contributing to the agency's reputation and success.

Field Networking: Engage in local community events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and client base.


Requirements

Licensing: Possession of or the capability to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty License is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a sales-related field is strongly preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a keen ability to build rapport quickly.

Client Focused: A genuine desire to help people and provide personalized solutions.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ann Arbor community and surrounding areas is advantageous.
