Store Sales Associate Lead As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: - Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support. - Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment. Must be at least 18 years old with valid work authorization Available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends The role involves physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 40 lbs., standing for extended periods the entire shift, pushing, pulling, bending, requiring good physical fitness. Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
