Position Summary & Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads for NCR Atleos’ NAMER Banking division. Work closely with Banking Account Executives in the west territory. Be solution expert for ATMaaS, Allpoint ATM Network, and branding opportunities. Develop and execute business development activities. Identify solution opportunities within the territory for NCR Atleos solutions. Develop and implement complex sales strategies. Manage all sales process steps: find new opportunities, qualify, and close. Assist with proposals and RFPs for branding and outsourcing opportunities. Achieve bookings and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize internal resources effectively during sales cycles. Identify business plans, key decision makers, KPIs, and budget constraints. Keep sales forecasts and activities updated in CRM. Qualifications Minimum 8 years sales experience in FI services, payments, or ATM industry. Experience in solution selling in complex environments. Outgoing, personable, and engaging communicator. Proven lead generation and closing success. Team sales experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Willing to travel approximately 35%, possibly up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ATM outsourcing, networks, and services (plus). Experience with Salesforce or CRM software (plus).
