Strategic Sales Support Specialist A healthcare company that provides an online platform that helps individuals find affordable prescription medications is looking for a Strategic Sales Support specialist to support the end-to-end development of client proposals and sales decks within the pharmaceutical marketing space. In this role, youll act as the connective tissue between the sales team and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, data-informed client solutions. Day to day, youll partner very closely with 12 sales pods (each with 48 team members) to lead the development of proposals ranging from 2 to 10 RFPs in a week depending on seasonality. Youll own the coordination and execution of pitch decks, synthesize insights from analysts to visualize data, and craft strategic narratives that clearly communicate value propositions. Working cross-functionally, youll essentially operate as a project manager on each proposal ensuring alignment, applying structure to ambiguity, and driving deliverables forward with minimal hand-holding. While youll receive mentorship and support from the Director, this is a high-trust role where youll be expected to take initiative, drive the day-to-day, and bring finished products for approval. Youll spend approximately 30% of your time in meetings and 70% on deck creation, data storytelling, and administrative coordination.

Skills and Requirements:
5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, client solutions, or communications
Direct experience working on RFPs and strategic narrative development
Pharmaceutical industry experience (any capacity), with an understanding of pharma marketing
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (ability to create clean, data-visual slides)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
Strong communication, initiative, and proactive problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring process and structure
Experience in healthcare or medical access
Familiarity with Salesforce
Experience using Lookr (or similar tools) for data visualization
