Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present findings on sales performance
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to analyze key sales performance metrics
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to Sales Development leadership and stakeholders
  • Enhance and scale the Sales Development Annual Planning and Target Management process
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards for data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, target setting processes, and sales dashboard creation
  • Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling using tools such as Excel and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Background in consulting
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
