Responsibilities
- Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present findings on sales performance
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to analyze key sales performance metrics
- Provide regular reports and presentations to Sales Development leadership and stakeholders
- Enhance and scale the Sales Development Annual Planning and Target Management process
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, target setting processes, and sales dashboard creation
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling using tools such as Excel and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
- Experience in the payments industry
- Background in consulting
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
