Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule Will work some hours during normal business hours 8am-4:30pm
Will also work events such as Basketball games, Football games, Baseball games, Volleyball Games, Terre Haute Symphony shows, and Performing Arts events. Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ticket Office & Sales Assistant will be responsible for: Selling tickets through the Ticketmaster system for events at Hulman Center, Tilson Auditorium and other venues Answering phone which results in answering questions concerning events at HC & TAF Taking season ticket orders Transferring calls and taking messages, Typing letters and bills, Data entry Distributing mail Preparing miscellaneous blank forms, spreadsheets, reports and etc. Performs other duties as assigned.
