What You'll Do: Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Understand Subaru's lineup and match vehicles to customer needs. Build relationships and follow up with potential and existing customers. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on new inventory. Work with our finance and other department teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and people skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
