As a key contributor to our systems team, you will partner with company stakeholders to provide project management in assigned area(s) of responsibility, which includes technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance,and modification of broad, complex computer systems. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly desired.
Performance Objectives:
To successfully succeed in this position, the incumbent will bring their systems analyst experience and expertise in innovating platform excellence to accomplish the following short and long term objectives:
First 90-days
Gain strong understanding of the basic use of our ERP platform use-cases across Sales, WH and Supply Chain, including how users use it on a day-to-day basis.
Learn the mission-critical administrative activities in BT from the Business Systems Manager
First 180-days
Compare the actual use of the ERP platform with the prescribed use of the platform in Sales, WH and Supply Chain and provide recommendations on the appropriate use-cases that need to be updated or re-enforced.
Showcase strong proficiency in managing mission-critical activities in BT without Manager supervision.
Gain strong understanding of advanced use of the ERP platform use-cases across Sales, WH and Supply Chain.
First 360-days
Own and manage certain modules (partially or completely) independently with the following key responsibilities:
Configure changes
Test new features and config changes
Capture, prioritize and work with platform vendor to execute enhancement requirements from associated business teams
Capture reporting requirements and build reports for Executive, branch and/or business leadership
Understand and be able to articulate the data models and relationships underlying the ERP platform.
Build a terminology guide that outlines the key terms and agreed-to definition of those terms
Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a systems analyst exceeding business objectives that includes gathering/documenting software requirements.
Experience working with ERP platforms such as Biztrack or similar systems.
Knowledge and experience with SQL (queries)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Experience with Power BI a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment highly desired.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically between $71-90K
