About the Role: BeaconFire is looking for a Talent Operations Associate to join our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales & BD leaders to understand upcoming project and team requirements. Research, identify, and evaluate potential professionals for client-facing and technical roles. Coordinate schedules, facilitate conversations, and manage candidate communications. Maintain accurate data in internal systems and assist in tracking engagement metrics. Support onboarding activities, documentation, and background processes. Contribute to brand initiatives that help attract top professionals. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all involved parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in coordination, talent operations, or business support (internships welcome) Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Interest in technology, people operations, and business growth strategy
