AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units.
The three distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are:
EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.
STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate. This role is for our STM Organization. Position Responsibilities Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Providing Customer Quotes. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating to customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Thorough product knowledge so that you can answer questions. Keeping records of customer interactions. Communicating and coordinating with outside sales staff and providing administrative support for them as necessary. Entering customer orders and sending the proper documentation, including order confirmations. Contacting customers with sales opportunites. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Other duties as assigned. Technical Requirements:
Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Excellent time management skills. Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft 365 Suite and with working within ERP systems. Experience working with customer support. Education Requirements:
