Essential Job Function 5+ years in electrical construction project sales or switchgear/construction departments Proven direct sales track record with measurable results Expert-level knowledge of electrical services, products, and distribution networks Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that build trust and close deals Proficiency with CRM and quoting systems Customer service excellence that creates raving fan Bonus Points For: Hands-on experience with Siemens, ABB, Eaton, or Allen Bradley low voltage solutions Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience Medium voltage expertise
