Maple Systems is a global manufacturer and distributor of operator interface products including panel-mounted computers, HMIs, PLCs, and more. We've been a trusted name in industrial automation since 1983.
We're looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers
Understand client needs and propose product-based solutions
Serve as the technical and sales point of contact (phone, email, virtual meetings)
Support OEMs in selecting automation solutions
Assist distributors and implement tailored sales strategies
Keep CRM records up-to-date and manage follow-ups
Conduct basic HMI programming to support customers
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
What You Bring:
3+ years of sales experience (Industrial Automation a plus)
Technical aptitude and desire to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
Please note: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Candidates must be available to work from the Greater Seattle area.
