Duties and responsibilities of the Technical Sales Specialist include:

· Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team via phone and email · Provide product recommendations and generate accurate quotations · Process and verify orders, ensuring alignment with production and delivery timelines · Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (manufacturing, engineering, etc.) · Track and communicate order status updates (open, shipped, and upcoming) · Assist in resolving product or service-related issues

Requirements of the Technical Sales Specialist include:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) · 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organizational and time management abilities · Ability to build and maintain strong relationships via phone and email · Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail · Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or heavy equipment markets is a plus
