Salary Range: Base Compensation $70,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience plus commissions. Typical on-target earnings ranging $140,000-$160,000 annually.
Travel: This position requires travel 55-60% providing the opportunity to engage directly with clients and partners outside the employee's home office. Hours will vary on traveling days based on need.
To assist in minimizing travel, the Company is hoping to hire candidates located in the following states: FL, GA, IL, NC, NY, OH, and TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Territory Account Executive is an outside sales position driven and motivated to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and sell our SaaS products to automotive dealerships. Performance is evaluated by the VP of Sales and based on successful completion of daily/weekly activities, closed deals, and meeting or exceeding revenue goals. This role requires a deep understanding of products/services, an understanding of the changing industry needs, and navigating technical aspects of our products with clients.
- Sell our SaaS products to automotive dealerships to ensure individual and company revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to penetrate the market and increase market share.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain a pipeline that is at least 3X times of annual quota target.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and engage with clients through telephone, email, social media, video calling, and in-person dealership visits; qualify leads by assessing customer needs to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products; and schedule and book product demonstrations and meetings,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through onsite visits and attendance at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products and services at least 55% of time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively engage with clients.
- In concert with product specialists, present technical information virtually and strategically in person as needed to clients to show our products, features, and benefits
- Consistently meet and/or exceed established goals and required activities.
- Comfortably negotiate terms and conditions with clients while maintaining a win-win relationship.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in Hubspot.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree or associate degree in business or related field preferred; and 4 years full cycle sales experience; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 3-5 years of full cycle sales experience in automotive software sales
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record to ensure insurability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and persuasively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing to sell products.
- Excellent listening skills, and ability to understand the customer's persistent or recurring problems and effectively communicate how our products and services can address their problems.
- Must possess strong negotiating skills, ability to overcome objections and engage in various selling strategies to close deals to ensure required sales goals are met and maintained.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and successfully interact with a variety of stakeholders and people at all management and support levels, within and outside the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and clients needs
- Ability to meet regular attendance expectations and meet tight deliverables deadlines.
- Strong working experience with customer relationship management(CRM) tools required.
- Must be willing and able to travel 55% to 60% of the time to automotive dealerships, industry and company events
- Proven ability to consistently perform duties with integrity, effectiveness, efficiency, and at the highest level of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently remotely.
- Preference to be geographically located in Central Standard Timezone
- Documented success, i.e. President's Award or similar preferred
- Experience with Macbook and Google Suite including Google Sheets preferred
