Territory Manager – Civil Infrastructure Sales
Location: Carolinas & Georgia Region
Our client, a national leader in pipe and water management systems, is hiring a Territory Manager to drive sales across the Carolinas and Georgia. This role involves managing distributor relationships, growing municipal and contractor business, and delivering long-cycle project wins.
Responsibilities:
- Manage territory sales across NC, SC, and GA
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and municipalities
- Support bid process, project delivery, and post-sale support
- Lead lunch & learns, field demonstrations, and technical presentations
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years in outside sales or territory management
- Background in waterworks, drainage, pipe, or utility materials
- Strong communication and contractor relationship skills
Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus & Commission + Vehicle/Allowance | OTE $175K-225K+ | Full Benefits
